CUSTOM DESIGN & CHEMICAL MILLING SERVICE

We can provide custom parts etching service including computer art work, design and engineering for any brass project. The parts will fit properly and will include necessary raised detail, recessed detail and part cut-out. Three level detail is possible on most projects. Material thickness can vary from .005 to .032 in brass and stainless sheet. Additional information is available upon request. Etched parts average $1.50-$2.00 per square inch etched sheet. This price does not include film costs (aprox. $90.00) for a 12”x24” sheet-- 2 level etch. Computer development of art work is $45.00/ hour. Large quantity(10 sheets or more) will reduce the cost per square inch.
